Hi @jaeholife Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to use your Amex card on your PayPal account. If the payments are going through other funding sources, but not through Amex card, please check with your card issuer if they are blocking the payment. Other possible reason could be that the payment might have been stopped by PayPal's internal security system and you may try after few days or try a different funding source. Thank you Manju
