Thank you for reply, but 1. there is nothing close to what you said on my screens none in the app or web app. 2. there is no clear message or help to do on the homepage 3. Your help page is hidden when I login. so I had to open in Incognito mode. I wonder why is it so hard it 21 century to write clear in the app that deals with payments. Funny story - the service can't even let me upload here proof screenshots for no reason.
