Hello everyone. I have linked my debit card to PayPal.It has been 2 or 3 weeks but it has not yet been activated.It said "Check your card statement for the code. enter the code to confirm your card, and we’ll lift your spending or withdrawal limits." But I already did it two times. What can I do? Paypal also charged 1.95$ from my account.
