I was told that in order to stop fraudulent charges from another state I would have to set up two-step verification. Fine. I've done that many times with other companies but the rep sent me a cancel now email that generated a Billing_Team.exe download. I do not want to install a program on my computer from Paypal. Is there any other way to resolve this fraud situation? What does this .exe file actually do?
