I've been charged $14.11 USD on a $242.09 same currency payment. This is 5.82% - far more than any of the fees that I've researched. Can you find a breakdown of the fees applied by Paypal? If not, it seems like a dishonest and untransparent service, and I'd expect more from them. My invoice was for 6 separate items in one transaction. As far as I understand, there's a service fee per transaction rather than per item, but correct me if I'm wrong? Literature on this is unclear.
