Thank you for your post and for joining the PayPal Community Forum! I'll be happy to help you update your profile pic in your PayPal account. I'm sorry to hear that it's been difficult to find the setting.
Using a desktop browser, log into your account and then click the gear in the upper right of the page, next to the logout option. You should see your profile pic at the top left of the page that comes up, with a link that says Update photo.
If you are using the PayPal app, tap on your picture in the upper left, and on the page that comes up tap on your picture again to see options for changing the picture.
If this is not what you see when following these steps, please contact Customer Service for assistance and troubleshooting. You can see your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. If you have upgraded to a Business account from a Personal account, your profile pic may be a holdover from when it was a Personal account and there may be other steps needed to rectify the issue.
