I bought something with google wallet that is connected with paypal (germany), It then tried to charge my account which was unsuccessful due to insuficient account balance, Now it told me that it will take the money up to 4 days later but I appearently cannot use google wallet with paypal now since it declines my payments when I am trying to use it, So what I need to know is: Am I going to be able to use google wallet after they take the money or am I permanently banned from using google wallet ever again?
