Hello. I placed the order at German website Thomann.de using PayPal. I was not charged and this transaction has pending status. I also see the message in transaction description: "Your funding source will be charged when Thomann GmbH completes your order." Now the shop contacts me via email and tells that PayPal can not authorise my transaction and offers me several options of paying. It seems strange for me. What shall I do? How can I cancel this transaction at PayPal? I went to Resolution Centre but it says that this type of transaction can not be claimed, what does it mean?
