I am sorry to hear you have not received your refund. I know it must be frustrating. Based on what you have explained, it sounds like the refund has not yet cleared from the sellers bank account.
If a seller does not have the funds available in their PayPal account, we must take the funds for the refund from their chosen bank/card. If the funds do not clear from the sellers bank account, this would be why the refund shows as cancelled.
To have this reviewed, you will need to contact our Customer Support again. If the dispute was granted in your favor, they should have the option to manually issue your refund.
