I opened this case because I canceled this service previously. I told them I didn't want the service anymore and I asked them was there anything else I needed to do. They told me NO. I have it in writing. They told me it was canceled. That was a year ago. So I should not have gotten charged for this again. If I needed to cancel this with Paypal they should have told me that a year ago when I canceled. I don't have $100 to pay on this at this point that was why I canceled it a year ago. And my account is still canceled. These DiscoveryK12 people are trying to rip me off. I want to speak to someone to dispute this. I called PayPal and tried to open the case on the phone. The agent I spoke to told me he opened the case but when I checked he DIDN'T. I had to open the case myself through the website and then it was closed without even giving me the opportunity to provide the email showing they told me it was canceled. This isn't right and if I can't get this addressed I'll go to the BBB and do a report on both companies. I need this fixed please.
