I am from Egypt I transfer my funds to my pre-paid visa card (National Bank Of Egypt) (Al Ahly Bank) every two weeks for last two years and never faced any issue but now I couldn't only get this message '' We can’t complete this transfer right now You can try again in a minute or two. If you’re still having an issue, let us know. '' I tried nine times on my two linked cards and all I get transfer Denied Last successful transfer was on October 13, 2022 , on same card - I checked the card with the issued Bank , it is ok and valid SO, is there an issue in paypal or in my account BTW, I receive money normally and last received money was yesterday
