I agreed to pay a service provider the money and sent him the money. The seller canceled the payment once he saw there was a fee for him. Now the payment is stuck and customer service is not reachable. The resolution center thinks this is under dispute and the money has been taken from my account and is not in the recipients account either. What course of action should i take to course correct this mess. Please help
