I received a request for a donation to some woman in Brazil, and it looks like the money has been taken out of my account. 1. If I choose "cancel" will it stop the process before I get burned? Sounds like your account has been hijacked. Press "Cancel" and do the following IMMEDIATELY; Right now, contact Paypal security and tell them that your account has been hijacked. You do that by clicking on the "security" tab in your Paypal account. THEN, you need to change your passwords - all of them. THEN, you need to run several anti-spyware programs in case you got a keylogger downloaded to your computer. Spybot and Malware anti-malware are good and they're free - Google them for the download sites. THEN, you need to change all of your passwords AGAIN, in case the keylogger had time to send the password change to another computer.
