Long story short, the seller claims to have shipped product to my address, tracking stays it was delivered, but I never received anything. On top of that when I run my address through Fedex's website vs the tracking, fedex tells me "The address you entered does not match our records...". I double checked the address I provided the seller and it is exactly the same as the one I cross checked with Fedex. My claim was denied because the seller "submitted proof of delivery." What should I do next? I can't reopen a case. I am a long time Paypal user with no issues at all, but this is bad.
