Hi, I am not able to send money from my paypal account to another. I am sending from Serbia to Ukraine and I receive this message Your account is not supported for this action. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service. I have tried sending to a friend from my country and that worked fine. Does anyone knows what might be the problem?
