There may be a few issues that would result in that error message, but the first few things I would do is clear the browser's cache, cookies and history or check the Resolution Center for any steps that need attention. If you're still running into road-blocks after that, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. Just as a quick tip, it's normally not recommended to use a gift card like a Vanilla or other kind of prepaid card. You may run into issues like this linking and confirming the card as it's more designed as a temporary card. Even if you register the card with that host's website, its normally best to a bank debit or credit card with PayPal. Good luck everyone.
