Thanks @shan06, but it is really random. No issues in January and now for the past 10 again. Tried a new browser with no success. Cleared cookies and cache and from phone/ browser, phone/app and a couple of laptops. It cannot be my bank as I am using the same for the successful transactions. I did notice that if I get the offer of a speed transfer for a fee and the regular transfer option, the transfer has no issue. As soon as I see I can only use the regular transfer, I get the above error. Jacquie
