The bank dispute was closed when the overcharge of 7.74 was returned. This dispute is for the product itself the seller offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee I am 100% Dissatisfied I want my money back. PayPal is using the closed financial establishment as an excuse for not standing behind its sellers guarantees. I want my money back. I tired of this and someone at PayPal needs to deal with this. The seller is a fraud if PayPal allows them to use PayPal for transactions PayPal is a fraud as well. Stop the BS and return my 30 bucks. I will gladly close my account after this matter is dealt with to my 100% satisfaction.
