I was on my account before I was asked to verify my email before setting up some more details. I go to verify the email, and follow the link and it says "We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". Cant request another email because I'm locked out and i can't confirm it is me because it doesn't work when I try. I have tried on both PC and Mobile(apple) with no help. I tried calling support but i can't answer the first few questions as this is a new account and I wasn't even able to put in details when I started. As of now, i am locked out of my account and seemingly have no way back in, nor can i log into that account and ask via the forums because they cant confirm my identity. How do i fix this???
