I buy an item through G&S. The shipping has showed delivered a few days ago and signed by someone I do not know and not to my address and I have yet to receive the item. The seller has not responded to my messages. What do I do? I have not yet contacted paypal as I want to find the best way to go about this. Thanks in advance.
