Hello. When linking a Caspi bank VISA card to a PayPal account, I get an error "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." Screenshot attached to the post. I issued the card on October 3 and on the same day replenished it with 5,000 tenge. The technical support of the bank says that there were no requests from PayPal. Please contact PayPal support. I removed the limit for paying on the Internet (set unlimited). Please tell me how to add a Caspi bank card to a PayPal account.
