Can't log in using mobile apps, But I can login using PayPal website ! My Paypal account is registered as Qatar account . while I'm now in the UK when I login using PayPal website everything is okay but when I try to use the Phone App it showing me the message " We're sorry we, couldn't confirm it's you." Also I notice every time I'm trying to use my PayPal to purchase something its give same message ! what's the reason ? and how can I fix It ?
