Am i able to pay online if I have balance, but no associated debit/credit card? I tried to associate my PayPal account to Google Play to make in-app purchases, but even though I have 7 euros on my balance, and the item costed 2, i was unable to pay because i needed to "associate a credit/debit card" to my Paypal account. Am i really unable to pay anywhere unless i add a card?
