Here's the rundown; I bought $10 digital credits from the site called "Play-Asia", earlier I bought $25 and everything went through smoothly and I had been buying from them for years now without any problems; after that transaction I again bought 1x $10 digital credits, I was at checkout when suddenly the paypal pop-up window said that my card was not available, brushed it off as a weird bug, and I proceeded to try again from the same window, a loading screen was shown and the window closed, from what I assumed was a successful transaction and to my surprise, the item was marked as "unpaid" and I was charged with twice the amount, so that's $20 off of my account with no goods received. Bank app shows that the payment went through, but then again, nothing was paid. Contacted Play-Asia and they said the same thing, they didn't receive any payment.
