Since today's PayPal Cashback Mastercard system upgrade, I have run into an issue. I sought to redeem my cashback rewards to my PayPal balance. When this process was done in the past through Synchrony's website directly, the transfer was always immediate (it showed up in my PayPal balance within seconds). I redeemed my cashback about 30 minutes ago, and it's not showing in my PayPal balance, AND my cashback amount is showing $0.00. So it appears as though the cashback disappeared? Is this an error anyone else has encountered today? What process should I go through to have it located and transferred to my balance?
