However, I am not seeing "add a bank account" only "link a bank account" I assume they mean the same thing of course, but when I click on "link a bank account" , I do not get the option to choose my bank, it just assumes I am from the US and it tells me to "link my US bank account" and it only ever tells me to link my bank account. As you recommended, I went to check my limitations and I saw that I had no disputes. Also, I am not using the app, I am using the website. Another question in the unfortunate event that this situation does not get rectified, I was able to link my debit card, but I did something and it is now telling me to "confirm my card with the code near the charge on my card statement" I have not seen a charge on my paypal account so I assume I have to go to my bank to see the code with the charge on my card statement. That's fine. My question is, Can I Still use my card to shop, spend, send, and receive payments even though I have not gotten the code to confirm my card so that it can lift my spending and withdrawal limits??
