Paypal Cancelled a Transaction and Refunded the Sender 1. A payment was sent to me via Friends and Family 2. Paypal holds the payment with a message " We noticed something unsual with this payment. To protect your account, we’re taking a closer look for 24 hours. There's no action needed" 3. Received an email from Paypal "We've completed our review of the transaction below and found the payment may not be authorized by the PayPal account holder or may be the result of suspicious activity. As a result, we’ve cancelled this transaction.” 4. Paypal deducted the total funds sent The sender is cooperating with me and asks me to file a ticket but I am having errors with the resolution centre. Any solutions or where should I send my inquiry to Paypal regarding this issue?
