Hi Rebecca, Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I've already tried multiple times through PayPal chat, Secure Message Centre as well as Facebook Messenger. Nobody in these communication channels understood what happened and kept telling me that the case was closed. Shocking customer service. The only person that seemed to understand what was going on was when I called the local Australian office. That person was going to take it up with the team but that went dead as well. I've lodged a dispute now with my business bank and Mastercard.
