All of the sudden I cannot transfer my PayPal balance to my bank debit card (which I've ton oodles of times). Can't do instant or regular transfer. It says that it can't make the transfer at this time and to try later. Looking at the transaction it keeps saying denied. I need to transfer that balance. My bank is a small credit union but I've done this same process for years with no issues. It's not any kind of business transaction. It's personal.
