Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with some unrecognized activity. Have you checked your recurring payments to make cancel anything coming out for Meta? If not, here's a Help Center article to guide you: What is an automatic payment and how do I update it?
If that recurring payment was not initiated by you, I'd recommend reporting that recent activity as Unauthorized through our Resolution Center.
