Hello Community, It seems that I am facing difficulty to transfer funds from my PayPal account to my bank/ cards. I live in Qatar, and when I click on transfer funds I get only two options whether to transfer to a U.S bank account which i don't have, or using Qatar National Bank, which I tried and didn't work (after setting up my PayPal account to QNB it decline the request of transferring the payment). Please I need help as I really need to transfer money from my PayPal account. I can't find any option inside the PayPal to transfer money (the only option I can use is through my QNB PayPal service which didn't work as mentioned). Please see below the two options available to use after clicking on transfer.
