If the account was a business account, then you may be able to apply for a business contact name change. This isn't possible on individual business accounts, but it may be an option for an organization. If you are able to request the name change, you'll want to have the name adjusted to a permanent faculty member rather than a student. To start the process, please contact Customer Support and let them know you'd like to change the contact name on a business account.
