I do understand your concern with this. Payments you receive can be placed on hold for several reasons, for example if you are new to selling with this. This is common practice for online payments.
If there are no issues with the payment, it would be released after 21 days or 24 hours after confirmed delivery. As you are providing a service, you won't be able to confirm delivery. Due to this, your payment would be released after 21 days have passed.
