Hi, I am a new paypal user and was trying to a link my bank account to paypal manually by providing my routing number and bank account number but every time I try to complete the process, it says that my account needs more help to link. I have no idea what to do and would really appreciate some help to get my bank account linked to paypal. Am in Nigeria
