@PayPal_Bindu The problem is that PayPal Thailand is not actually PayPal at all - there is absolutely no sending of payments to or from anyone using an email address. It’s a disaster. The only functionality is invoicing and website payments. Once money goes in, it cannot go out unless you use those funds to pay for other goods and services. @sharpiemarker I'm inclined to think it is not because funds are on hold.  Amount received in the transaction has already deducted merchant fee AND currency conversion fee.  Fee would have to be reversed to settle in USD - highly unlikely.   Correct on the other front - included it for context.   PayPal is absolute trash to be honest - Borderless Crypto Stablecoin payments need to replace this entire infrastructure.  I get a new flavor of error literally every time I try to do something.  ...
