i filed a dispute against yahkiawakened for an order i placed on May 21 sometime in July the seller told me with the cancellation of dispute they would ship my item out immediately i cancel the claim and i haven't heard from them since i tried disputing with card issuer (cash app) but they won't help because it has been more than 60 days, so i filed another dispute on PayPal under refund not received explaining that the reason i am actually filing is due to not receiving the product but the option to say that wasn't given and i want a refund at this point, is there anything else that can be done
