The story goes like this, I had my personal account with my Mastercard linked to it, I than opened a website and a business paypal account in which I couldn't add my mastercard even tho I removed it from my personal account, I deleted that business account and made a new one, In which I still can't add my mastercard but with another error message "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method." Paypal wasn't very helpful and that's why I am asking here.
