@PayPal_RebeccaN - I am still getting the error even after i confirmed my ID and linked bank account as well.. Error says - Subscription cannot be created as we are not able to collect USD XX.XX from your card on file. Error message: (10417) Instruct the customer to retry the transaction using an alternative payment method from the customers PayPal wallet. The transaction did not complete with the customers selected payment method. Since I am from India, I cant use Paypal wallet
