thank you for answering but I have been receiving almost the same amount every week for more than a year. nothing has changed in the way we request and receive payment, but my last 2 transactions were put on hold it has never happened to me before, and based on the list of the reason you mentioned and Paypal have posted possible reasons as well none of those where made. to put my payment on hold, I messaged Paypal asking for the exact reason why they have to hold my payment, but apparently, they just gave me a list of the possible reasons they posted on the help center.
