I paid for an item on ebay using PayPal,the money was deducted but the seller never received the payment,and there is no trace of the transaction on PayPal,I thought it was safer to use PayPal,little didn't I know it was the worst, €171 gone just like that,have tried to reach but nothing, no email nothing, Have contacted my bank and the money was successful sent to PayPal ...
