H everyone, I have a complicated issue. I made two separate separate payments to a company for a subscription for physical goods. One year after the first purchase, they still haven't sent either of them. On June 3 I asked PayPal to refund the funds from this company, but they said I could only do it for the second payment, as the first payment was outside of the dispute time. I received the refund for the second payment, but I've recently seen that the company has cancelled both the first and second payment, despite me only having been refunded for the second payment. I contacted the company two weeks ago and I still haven't heard back from them - many of their customers on their online communities are having issues with them right now as well. Is there any way to escalate this issue even though it's outside of the dispute window, since they've literally stolen my money at this point? The company is LootCrate, by the way.
