I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. In order to locate your funds, your bank would need to complete a trace. This would help them locate the funds. If the funds were successfully sent to PayPal, your bank would be able to provide you with a reference number which we could then use to further assist you.
The best thing to do would be to contact your bank again and request them to complete a trace. When a trace is completed, they would be able to provide you with a reference number which would assist with locating the funds. Once you have this number, please contact our customer support and they can investigate this further.
