I had to open a case for an item that did not work, I sent it back via fedex and uploaded all the proof paypal and the seller needs including package photos, shipping receipts and even chat messages from fedex. Now this item is on its way back and paypal has closed the case while its still in transmit to the seller in the sellers favor. They claim I didn't upload enough proof, what more proof do you need. And how do I appeal this.
