I have a Squarespace shop where I have connected Paypal as a form of payment but it will not go through when making a purchase. This message comes up every time for customer: ''There was an issue processing your payment information. You can return to PayPal and select a different funding source, or enter your credit card details. '' It doesn't work even if customer goes and selects a different funding source. Things I have checked to try to troubleshoot: - Squarespace and Paypal is connected. - There is no error showing on the bank account and debit card that is linked to my Paypal business account. ( I have even tried different cards just in case) - I have disconnected and reconnected Squarespace and Paypal a few times My Squarespace shop in in US currency. My paypal bank account & card is in Japanese and JPY currency. My paypal primary currency is set to US. Could this cause a problem? I have tried everything I can think of, can anyone help????
