Back in May, I made a purchase and waited for over a month before opening a dispute. I then opened a dispute via PayPal and the merchant refunded me back through the system as per every other time this happened. Meanwhile, my bank stepped in and said They would refund me, which they did and then they rebilled a couple days later when they saw PayPal had already done so. Fair enough. But now, PayPal is trying to rebill me as well and my account is at a negative balance. I've attempted to send info and contact through the Message Center 8 times now and have phoned people at PayPal 2x successfully, but this goes nowhere and PayPal never follows through with promises to get me in touch with the right people. Now it's almost 2 months after the initial refund and I've had to move to Stripe for my business transactions. This is more a rant than anything. I'm hoping that MAYBE, someone from PayPal will see this and finally get in touch. The last contact from them was in early July and I was given ticket number PT-12749629 with a promise of 48-72 hours in which I would be contacted. We're now a week later and I've been unable to resolve this for a month and a half. Frustrating.
