Having a quick search I can see that Humble Bundle features regularly with complaints, but I'm gonna ask anyway. I was a first time visitor to Humble bundle, and I kinda didn't understand the idea. I thought (as was suggested by the page I came to from a search engine) that they were selling games in the same fashion as other game retailers, but of course they are not and are simply selling steam keys. Anyhoo, after checkout and upon receiving only steam keys and not a product I immediately asked for a refund. I can't use steam nor would I ever want to use steam so this seemed sensible, but my 'request' has been with them for over 2 weeks now and absolutely no response at all. In the absence of any response, I asked Paypal to step in, but after what seemed like a few minutes my 'claim' came back denied. I searched the help and found how to appeal, perhaps this time having a human being consider it, but there is no Appeal button where it says there should be. So I contacted Paypal (contact us - send us a message) (Twice actually because the first time I just got a stupid error after submitting) and what I got back was just some automated crap about using the resolution centre if I have an issue. So what am I expected to do here? I don't have a product, and Paypal aren't interested in helping. Is there an appeal button anywhere? can it be activated? can I actually contact Paypal and have a human being respond ? Any clues appreciated (upon submitting this question the first time I receive "Post flooding detected (community received posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3,600 seconds)" - its as if Paypal put a great deal of effort into being evasive)
