Hi Kalydia, I am having a very similar issue.. I am with Coast Capital Savings and every transaction I try to make with this account I am required to log in the authenticate my bank. Everytime I log in it says my information is wrong (even when its not!). PayPal basically told me there is nothing they can do and aren't willing to help. I have contacted the partner in charge of this security feature (Yodlee) and they have told me that PayPal needs to contact them to verify.. PayPal refuses thus far.. good luck. I use PayPal for everything and can't make any online purchases without it so very frustrating. I hope you get your answers soon.
