Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some unrecognized activity on your account. If you see the transaction on your PayPal account, you can report it as Unauthorized through our Resolution Center. if you do not see it on your PayPal account, we would recommend reaching out to your debit / credit card to report the transaction with them. If you would like a copy of your Transaction History, you can find it here.
