On 28th june , i was going through a payment on Kickscrew website somehow there was a payment issue according to the website where as the money got debited from the bank accn as well there is no intiamtion of it in the paypal other than in the notifications in "pre authorised". is there any way to recover the money debited , or else the valid proof of payment from paypal other than in my bank statement.
