Settings Issue. Please see below and advise how to adjust my settings. Thank you ever so much! When using my android smartphone, I am not able to take screenshots in the PP mobile app. My apps are set to use my default browser which is Edge. The apps use the browser in the background. I am able to take screenshots in my other apps including banking apps. -PAYPAL APP SMARTPHONE. When using the PP app I am not able to take screenshots. -PAYPAL WEBAPP SMARTPHONE. When I go to Edge, open a new tab, and sign on to PP, I can take screenshots. - PAYPAL DESKTOP SMARTPHONE. When I go to Edge, open a new tab, sign on to PP, and select view desktop site (Edge browser option), I can take screenshots.
